The brief
Built Cabinets sells factory-direct, fully assembled cabinets to builders, delivered to the job site. It's a sister brand of Triumph Kitchens + Millwork, and the same client has worked with me since July 2023: I redesigned Built Cabinets that summer, then Triumph in January 2024, and have maintained both since. For the 2026 version, their team designed the site themselves and needed it turned into WordPress they could run day to day, with every enquiry landing in NetSuite, where their sales team works.
What I built
- A custom WordPress theme built from the client's design, so the site looks exactly as they drew it but every page is editable.
- Content the team manages themselves — the cabinet series, portfolio of delivered kitchens, process, and builder pages.
- A Contact Form 7 → NetSuite bridge. Quote requests and contact forms post straight into NetSuite, so no lead is retyped or lost between the website and the sales team.
- Ongoing maintenance. I still handle maintenance for both Built Cabinets and Triumph, while their team updates pages and content themselves — which is what the theme was built for.

Under the hood
A bespoke WordPress theme in PHP, built from the client's HTML and CSS, with Contact Form 7 for every form and a custom integration that sends each submission to NetSuite — the same approach I use on the Triumph site, so both brands share one way of handling leads.
