The brief
Triumph Kitchens + Millwork designs, builds, and installs kitchens across southern New Hampshire and north-central Massachusetts. Their team had already designed the new site and built it as static HTML. They needed it turned into WordPress — so they could run it themselves — without diluting a design they'd worked hard on.
What I built
- A custom WordPress theme that reproduces the client's design faithfully, from the editorial type pairing to the restrained, warm palette.
- Editable everywhere. Services, process steps, portfolio projects, testimonials, partner logos, and articles are all managed in WordPress rather than hard-coded.
- A deep information architecture — cabinetry tiers, countertops, millwork, multifamily, service-area pages, budget and payment guides, FAQs, and careers — that stays easy to navigate.
- Lead capture wired to their systems. "Get a Quote" flows connect to the client's NetSuite forms, alongside a design visualizer and a project-advisor assistant on the site.

Under the hood
A bespoke WordPress theme in PHP, built from the client's HTML and CSS, with structured content for every repeating section and integrations with the client's quoting and assistant tools.
