The brief
LevelUp coaches young players — from around U11 to high-school varsity — in Kelowna and, now, Richmond, British Columbia. The site's job is simple to say and hard to do: help a parent understand what their kid would get, trust the coach, and book a session without picking up the phone.
What I built
- A clear path from interest to booking. Every section ends at "Start training" — private sessions, small groups, weekly programs, and seasonal camps each get their own page, then lead to booking.
- Online booking and payments with Amelia Booking and WooCommerce, so sessions and camp places are reserved and paid for in one flow.
- Two locations, one site. Kelowna and Richmond are woven through programs, camps, and calls to action, so the expansion reads as growth rather than confusion.
- Trust where it counts — the head coach's philosophy, the coaching team, parent and player testimonials, and a live Instagram feed from the field.
- Mailchimp sign-up to keep families in the loop between seasons.
Under the hood
WordPress and Elementor on a customised SoccerClub child theme, Amelia Booking with WooCommerce for scheduling and payments, Mailchimp for the newsletter, and an Instagram feed — built so the coaches can update programs and camps themselves.
