The engagement

Madison Ave Consulting is a New York consultancy that helps organisations adopt, implement, and deploy Salesforce and other cloud-based business technology. It's the same team behind Pulse Platform. Over several years I redesigned their website more than once and kept it running between redesigns — until they brought development in-house.

What the site does

  • "Automate. Optimize." — a clear positioning statement and a "Book a quick meeting" call to action, straight away.
  • Three service lines — Strategic Project Services, Beyond Managed Services, and Preferred Staffing Services — each with its own page.
  • "How it works" — Plan, Analyze, Design, Execute, Success — as an illustrated journey.
  • Client proof — a wall of client logos, from healthcare groups to pharmacies.
  • Blog posts and customer stories to keep the site current.

What I built

  • A clean, easy-to-use interface, rebuilt in WordPress and Elementor so the team could edit pages themselves.
  • Leads straight into Salesforce. Contact and meeting requests flow from Contact Form 7 directly into their Salesforce CRM — no copy-pasting enquiries.
  • Content that sells the expertise — sections for blog posts, customer stories, and short snippets.
  • Visitor insight with Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, so marketing could see what was working.
  • Security and speed — Wordfence hardening, plus image and performance optimisation.

Redesigns and care

Each redesign was mostly about design and content — a fresh look, sharper messaging, and new sections as the business grew — while keeping what already worked: the positioning, the services structure, and the meeting-first calls to action. Between redesigns I handled content updates, new pages, and fixes, so the marketing team never had to wait on a developer.

Madison Ave Consulting now develops its site in-house, so there's no live link — see it as archived in June 2025.
